Returning to Casa de Solana was a delightful experience immersed in history and charm. the location within the Historic District truly sets the stage for an unforgettable stay, surrounded by Spanish-Colonial landmarks and the serene ambiance of matanzas Bay. the welcoming staff and General Manager ensured a warm reception, making us feel right at home. the spacious guestroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower, king-size bed, and modern amenities, provided the perfect retreat after exploring the city's rich ancient history. Our evenings were filled with relaxation at the cozy cigar bar, enjoying craft beers and live music, a perfect end to the day's adventures. We also indulged in the Wine Social Hour, unwinding in the courtyard and mingling with other guests, creating a sense of camaraderie and connection. The breakfast prepared by the talented chef was a culinary delight, rivaling that of a 4-star restaurant. the variety of dishes and freshly brewed coffee set a positive tone for each day. the British suite exuded a romantic and tranquil ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway with a loved one.
